Shipping Policy

At Armandharte, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days depending on destination.
• Expedited Shipping (where available): 3–7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary due to customs inspection or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Armandharte is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, additional reshipment fees may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of pet hair, stains, or odor
• In original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Items that show signs of use or damage

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at supportteam@followingservice.com with your order number.
2. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
3. Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after the item is inspected.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color if the item is in stock. Customers are responsible for shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the local courier first. If unresolved, contact our support team for further assistance.
